How do I reserve a conference room?

Elevate tenants have a monthly allotment of free conference room hours. Large conference rooms generally cost double that of small conference rooms. In order to check availability and reserve a room, you will need an Elevate Portal login. Contact your Property Manager if you have not yet received an invite.

Once signed in to the Elevate Portal, click on the "Calendar" link in the main menu. To reserve a time, simply click on a time slot for the desired conference room.

For External Groups

Community members can reserve a room when availability exists. Contact the Property Manager of the desired location for rates and availability.
