“Elevate Office brings opportunity to small businesses and entrepreneurs by creating vibrant workspaces with the utmost in flexibility,” said Scott Baldwin, President of Elevate Office Suites. “The perfect complement to the Bolt + Tie mixed-use project, the office suites, shared business resources, and micro-commercial units truly create the perfect work-life environment for those fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit.”
Located at 1400 Woerner Avenue in Clarksville, Indiana, Bolt + Tie is a four-story mixed-use community that will also include a restaurant space and luxury apartment homes on the top three floors. The Elevate Office shared professional spaces at Bolt + Tie include two technology-ready conference rooms with video conferencing capabilities, a think-tank, pitch presentation area, mailroom, package lockers and blazing fast WIFI.
Unique to the Elevate Office at Bolt + Tie community are the 12 micro-commercial suites located on the ground floor with street-facing commercial entrances. The perfect space for a small office, retail store, salon, spa, or studio, the live-work amenities of Bolt + Tie are included with a monthly rental of these spaces.
Bolt + Tie is the latest development at Water Tower Square—the 28-acre mixed-use business park with over 30 tenants and 500 employees. The $22 million transformative project joins plans for an Aloft Hotel nearby at the former Colgate building. The Town of Clarksville is also investing more than $6 million in infrastructure improvements.
“Bolt + Tie was thoughtfully designed to connect people with where they live, work, and play. The community will truly embody the intentional, entrepreneurial lifestyle that appeals to the business owners and professionals looking for a vibrant place to be,” said Baldwin.
