Property Manager Profile: Audrey Taflan, Elevate Brownsburg
Elevate Office Suites was founded in 2016 by veteran entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Thoughtfully designed, professional buildings located in thriving communities, today Elevate Office is home to a growing network of startups, creative entrepreneurs, and small businesses. The first Elevate Office was built in Brownsburg, Indiana three years ago and is currently managed by our Property Manager, Audrey Taflan.
Audrey began her career in residential real estate after studying at IUPUI and the Tucker School of Real Estate. She is continuing her studies by pursuing her Certified Property Management certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management. After her time in residential real estate, Audrey developed an interest in commercial development which led her to finding Elevate Office.
As Property Manager, Audrey enjoys the diverse list of businesses at Elevate Brownsburg and the opportunity to get to know each tenant, so she knows the best way to serve them and their growing enterprise. Audrey fully embraces the collaborative nature of an Elevate Office community and works diligently to foster opportunities for engagement among the tenants and in the Brownsburg community.

When Audrey is not assisting the tenants at Elevate Brownsburg, you will find her spending time with her boyfriend, John, and their four children, Max, Wes, Grace, and Elijah. Though they are staying busy with the construction of their new home, they always find time to have fun together. They are adventurers to say the least. You will find them playing soccer, skiing, hiking, and riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers!
